Today JSC "Bashneftegeofizika" performs a full range of geological and geophysical services in Russia and abroad. Smoothly-running branch relations system allows successfully realizing projects on hydrocarbon exploration and prospecting, providing the full integrated cycle of oilfield services in key oil-producing regions of Russia including the Ural-Volga region, Western and Eastern Siberia, CIS republics - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, as well as in such countries as Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, etc.
Seismic survey
A large volume of seismic survey works is carried out in Western Siberia. There is Shayimskaya seismic surveying company in this region with its headquarter in Urai, and Vatyeganskaya seismic surveying company with headquarter in Kogalym. Eight seismic exploration crews carry out large volumes of 2D and 3D work using modern telemetry systems and field equipment annually. Bashneftegeofizika is represented by the subsidiary company Taymyrgeofizika on the territory of the Taimyr Autonomous Area. Wide experience of work in this region and availability of all necessary equipment make it possible to perform large volumes of seismic work under extreme climatic conditions qualitatively and in the short period of time. Large amounts of work with the usage of 2D and 3D seismic exploration are done on the territory of the Ural-Volga region annually.
Developed infrastructure, many conservation zones do not put obstacles in the way of the work.
Bashneftegeofizika has experience in carrying out seismic surveys in former Soviet republics, supervises field work, conducts research using the method of VSP survey/Walkaway VSP, and performs data processing and interpretation.
Geophysical research and Downhole Wireline Works
Geophysical research and Downhole Wireline Works are conducted by three departments of geophysical surveys and three expeditions located on the territory of the Ural-Volga and Western Siberia, and Eastern Siberia. The subsidiary company LLC "Anega-Kazakhstan" carries out geophysical studies and work in wells in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ufa, Oktyabrskiy and Arlan Geophiysical works managements are located on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan and perform Geophysical research and Downhole Wireline Works in the Ural-Volga region. The work on the territory of Western Siberia is realized by the West Siberian geophysical expedition. Bashneftegeofizika has two projects in Eastern Siberia - Vankor and Irkutsk expeditions. The research is conducted in all climatic conditions with the usage of modern equipment. Data is transmitted by means of satellite communication channels, with the following operative interpretation and conclusion issue.
CNIPR
Hydrodynamic well tests, physical and chemical research, environmental monitoring, technical diagnostics of the equipment used in oil fields in Western Siberia are carried out by CNIPR, which headquarter is located in Kogalym, and departments - in Pokachi and Langepas.
