The educational base of the Company represents the training center and more than 200 programs of specialists training.
The Company welcomes the employees’ aspiration to self-development and increase of the proficiency level. Conditions for development of the professional and management competence are given to such employees.
The policy of human recourse management is focused on the return on personnel training investments. Personnel development and training programs are worked out on the basis of strategic planning and requirement determination to the competence of various employee categories in the nearest and long-term prospect.
The Company emphasizes the development and training of young specialists. The programs which let them join to workflows and apply their capabilities quickly have been worked out. On-the-job training, mentorship, exchange of experience, conferences and other events in total provide support and development of young employees.
The priority line of the human resources management policy is the consistent executive training of the middle managers. A special attention is given to gaining practical experience of management taking Bashneftegeofizika specificity into account. The human resources management policy is based on continuity of heads of all management structural units, and it is implemented in the programs of training and promotion of the personnel reserve. The given system lets the Company maintain competitiveness, recruit, keep and rationally employ skilled personnel.

The personnel wages system is focused on motivation of employees to qualitative and productive work, and it is determined by:
- Importance and complexity of tasks solved by an employee;
- Results of the Company work during an accounting period;
- Results of the Company structural division work;
- Individual results of an employee work;
- An employee proficiency level.
The wage system consists of constant and variable parts of the cash incentive. The wage constant part includes the tariff component (wage rates, salaries), fringes, bonuses, payments and compensations specified in the Labour code of the Russian Federation, and payments of annual leaves.
The wage variable part can consist of bonus payments according to work results of a period (month, quarter, half-year and year), to accomplishment of target programs, and to other bonuses. The staff management policy of the Company assumes a consistent increase in a quota of the variable part.
The ratio of constant and variable parts of the wages is determined by:
- The employee’s position;
- The employee’s contribution to individual, collective and corporate indices;
- The human resources management policy of the Company.
The company practices the regular monitoring of social and economic situation changes, the inflation and situation on the labor market in particular. By the results of the monitoring the Company regularly makes wages indexation in accordance with financial possibilities.
The company is aimed at consistent improvement of the incentive system of work, including the personnel wages.
